Fox School of Wine is all about knowledge. Every Friday and Saturday evening, a group of students gathers at the Silver Baron Hotel in Deer Valley, Utah for an adventure that lasts less than an hour but can leave an impact for much longer.

Each night has a unique theme, from which five wines are chosen. Each night has a different professor, all from varying backgrounds in the wine industry. And, each night has a different lot of 25 students to taste and grade the wines of the night.

You do the math. The possibilities are endless.

At every class, each student selects a grade for each of the five wines. The average of those grades is published in our wine library, a valuable resource where you can not only see the grades, you can filter down to the type of wine you want.

In addition to the weekly wine series, Fox School of Wine also offers private tutoring, cellar stocking, and is a unique activity for your party or private event.
