Syrah, a.k.a. Shiraz, either originated in No. Rhone in France or in the Middle East. I can’t find the bottom line. These wines typically display firm tannins, are medium to full-bodied and have great flavors like black cherry, plum, black pepper, licorice and smoke.

This is a showcase for warm-climate Australian Shiraz – ripe, robust and generously flavoured. The nose initially exhibits a vibrant mix of dark fruits fused with notes of dark chocolate, cola, anise and vanillin. A swirl teases our violet, and wafts of cold-cured meats.
