Oak aging was avoided, to preserve the fresh, delicate flavor of the wine. This wine is pale yellow almost green, and light bodied. It’s aromas are citrus, peach, jasmine and fresh herbs, and it is light and fresh on the palate with excellent balance, crisp acidity and a bright finish. Pair with light salads and seafood.

This is a wine that is both balanced and harmonious, exhibiting firm structure, ripe tannins and plush fruit, Dark ruby in color, it offers aromas of plum, chocolate and clove. The old vine elicits a taste of dusty, dark cherry fruit and a nice bright acidity. It’s a perfect match for grilled meats, lamb dishes, meatloaf or figs and fig sauces.
