Winery says…
From one of California’s oldest and most award-winnning wineries, Geyser Peak was founded in 1880. Dominated by aromas of lime, lemon, and floral notes and intensified by intriguing hints of wet pebble, snap pea and honeydew melon, this is a fruit-driven yet complex style of Sauvignon Blanc. The quintessential summer aperitif, this wine also pairs beautifully with oysters, fresh goat cheese or just by itself.

Clos du Bois Sonoma Reserve Russian River Valley 2009 Chardonnay
14.5% alcohol
Est. Price: $15.99
(cork)
Winery says…
Russian River Valley Chardonnays are clearly world-class, notably leaner and more austere than those of surrounding areas. This Chardonnay exudes rich aromatics reminiscent of ripe apples and pears with hints of stone fruits and citrus. The intense fruit-forward flavors are bright and juicy with ripe apples, pears and fig, highlighted by nuances of toffee and vanilla. The creamy mouth feel is a result of hand stirring the lees during barrel aging.

Selby Russian River Valley 2006 Pinot Noir

Winery says…
This Pinot Noir is made in a Burgundian style, and is a rich and complex wine. Explosive, supple, bright, subdued, tight, expansive, leathery, spicy, toasty, complex – naturally I’m talking about Pinot Noir. Rich oak notes with bright cherry, white pepper and cloves in the nose. Cherry, pomegranate and red raspberry flavors.

Novy Russian River Valley 2006 Syrah
14.1% alcohol
Est. price: $19.99

Winery says…
This wine is plush enough to drink now (especially with some airing,) but will certainly improve with 3-5 years cellaring. It opens with a spicy, black raspberry bouquet. The flavor profile is a juicy blackberry with notes of black pepper. The finish is dry and its noticable tannins are pronounced and linger nicely.
