Surprising...
Dear Student of Wine,
One student: "I just expected this to be sweet, and it's not." Another, "I actually like this." A very reasonable solution to "What next?" A great bridge between whites and reds. Rosés are generally a non-demanding wine that can pair with the lighter, healthier food that we serve much of the time like salmon, pasta, salads, and grilled Teriyaki chicken.
Next class is sold out (Great Wines for Thanksgiving.) Consider attending the following week, Nov. 20, Holiday Cocktail Party Wines: Economical and Versatile. We'll help you pull together some wines that taste great but won't break the bank.
And remember, Detention is Friday, Nov. 21st at the Spur at 5:30 p.m. Come and meet some fellow delinquents.
